L-shaped kitchens from KOAK Design
KOAK Design supplies wooden fronts for IKEA METOD kitchen cabinets. This way of working allows for an affordable custom-made kitchen. Every KOAK kitchen is different, as are the L-shaped kitchens. We regularly deliver these types of kitchens.
Wooden kitchen fronts and doors
It is possible to choose wooden fronts made of oak, bamboo, walnut and Barnwood. These wooden fronts are available in different colours. See here an overview of the available kitchen fronts and colours.
Certified wood is processed in our workshop
All the wood we use is FSC certified. This means that there is selective felling and no mass deforestation. The wooden fronts are made to measure and pre-drilled in our workshop by our furniture makers. Because the wooden fronts are correctly sized and have pre-drilled holes, attaching them to IKEA METOD is easy.

We love nature's design
Our oak wood is solid in order to preserve its unique natural look. This means that there are knots in the wood and that the annual rings are visible at the end of the wood, unlike veneers or wood built up in layers.
We work mainly with European oak and bamboo. The wood we use is FSC-certified. Both are natural materials that are already very beautiful without treatment. Treatment with a protective oil is therefore sufficient for everyday use.
Bamboo has the property of growing very quickly, selective cutting means that, by definition, there is no deforestation. Bamboo has a high degree of hardness, stability and durability.
Mosaic, concrete and natural stone worktops also adapt very well to our kitchens, because each worktop has its own design.
