Returning
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products and products that cannot be returned.
Loose accessories may be returned. For these, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days. Please note that the full purchase price can only be credited if the items are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good order."
